1.What are your product sizing details?

Handmade nails have 10 pcs ( XS, S, M, L ). Please look at the size on ” Size Chart ” for you reference.

2. How long do the nails last for ?

The sticky tab can last up to 1 week. The nail glue can last for about 1-3 weeks (Please follow our tutorials before applying)

3. Can I reuse the nails?

Yes, all of our nails are reusable if you use the sticky tab.

4. what is included in your package?

All nails come with a sticky tab (24pcs), nail glue ,nail file ,alcohol pad and cuticle pusher. You don’t need to order separately. But you could order more if you need extra for your future use.

5. What countries can you ship to ?

We are worldwide shipping.

6. How long would the shipping take?

It usually takes 4-8 business days for the pre-made one. The wholesale and custom nails take a total 2 weeks to prepare and ship . Or you could choose the faster shipping method when you check out if you want to get the parcel faster.

7. How to track my parcel?

Please enter the tracking number with the tracking site

8. How do I wholesale items?

The MOQ is 30 sets of nails. Please send us an email , We will discuss more about prices and design Email: vipwholesalepressonnails@gmail.com

9. Can I cancel My order ?

You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Please send email to us : vipwholesalepressonnails@gmail.com. Do not forget to provide your order number.

IMPORTANT: After receiving the e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped, no modification or cancellation of order will be possible.

10. I wrote the wrong address, when I checked out. Can I change the address ?

If your package has not yet been shipped, we can change your address.

You just have to send the right address to email: vipwholesalepressonnails@gmail.com and specify your order number or your full name. If your package has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes and you will have to contact your local post office directly.

11. Glue or Sticky tabs? and How?

We made a little list for you so you can understand better the main difference between the two

Nail Glue: Long wear up to 14 days, Applies in 10 minutes, One time wear. Removal: Glue remover (3 minutes）/ Soak for 15-20 minutes in hot water until nails loosen up

Sticky tabs: Short Wear up to 1 week. Applies in 5 minutes. Reusable up to 5 times. Removal: Cuticle pusher + warm water in a few minutes
